(1) Implement lock valve (8) Solenoid (9) Conduit to implement control valves (10) Duct the hydraulic oil tank lock valve attachment (1) is located ksb in the pilot manifold. When the machine is running and implement lockout switch is in the OFF position (unlocked), it energizes the solenoid (8). The solenoid (8) is disabled when the engine speed is below 800 rpm and does not require any movement of the implement. When the solenoid is energized (8), the valve directs pilot oil passage (6). Supplying pilot oil now flows through the end cap and into the pilot supply reel valve attachment. The pilot supply ksb rail distributes pilot supply oil to either ends of each implement control valve. If the operator moves the implement lockout switch, inside the cabin, to the locked position CONNECTED, energizes the solenoid (8). Closes the implement lock valve (1). Pilot oil supply valves leaves implement control and returns to the hydraulic tank through the conduit (7). Accumulator
Accumulator The accumulator is located at the top pilot manifold. Contains a bladder accumulator which separates the oil and dry nitrogen gas. The accumulator stores potential energy by accumulating a quantity of pressurized ksb hydraulic oil. The oil that is stored is available for the pilot circuit when needed additional pressure. The battery provides pilot oil pipeline as compensation to stabilize oil supply pilot oil. Furthermore, the accumulator provides oil through the implement lock valve to lower the implements when the engine is not running. The oil tank is filled with multiple pilot pilot. Also contains a manifold pilot valve which prevents the stored oil to flow back to the load supply line of the address.
