The principle is quite simple: a map made up of hexagonal tiles that represent land and sea areas, four capitals, many cities and ports to conquer. The goal is to make himself master of the card by taking all the enemy capitals.
The game takes place in rounds. In turn, the player can move up to five units a couple forklift of spaces. The units are defined by two numeric values: their power (Manpower) and morale (morality). To resolve the fighting between enemy units, the two numbers are added together to give the fighting force. The strongest prevails unit; in case of a tie, the defender wins.
What makes the game interesting, the tactical side, the fluctuation of troop morale, which depends forklift on several factors: the ground gained or lost, or lost the conquered cities, battles won or not. Because it is as good as the power to determine the troops fighting force units, forklift it is very important to maintain.
When things go wrong, it is possible to make a big speech, once per game, which galvanizes the troops maximizing their morale points. There is also a small diplomatic forklift option to sign a truce with an opponent. By cons, if the truce is broken, betrayed forklift the troops of the country are unleashed against the aggressor and earn points morale.
Visual side, the graphics of the game is effective and nice touch, the green fairways of the beginning of the game are replaced by devastated to as the fighting take place areas. Icons representing the units in the field vary according to the numerical value of their power and go from soldier to tank, through the artillery, a bit like Risk.
Only negatives, English sometimes approximate the interface and interventions (which do not change the game experience, however) and no multiplayer option. Hopefully Meta: Sauce develops such a version soon.

Hello there. I like this game. However I feel that it is much easier to win if you choose to play with the Reds. Indeed as you play first you still have one step ahead. I cheat on me?
