So great that you

No, it's not me who should be downsized. It would not have something in a garden blog to do. This time it's a cypress it's about. As far as I know, cypresses like many other conifers, they do not violate the old wood. That means they must be trimmed to the finest detail. My cypress means a lot to me. The sown seeds of botanical gardens in Oslo. The seeds I had been on quite legally through a frøklubb. The tree means a lot for my son too. It was planted when he was born. When I planted the tree, I thought it had plenty of room. I knew clearly not what a cypress was, and certainly not how big they may be. Now it has been clear for a while, cypress takes the afternoon sun, a little mitre 10 more each year. Since it is as if a cypress, I thought that the only solution is horizontal trimming along the ground. The tree is thus doomed and arboristsønnen delayed the process a few years with the comment: "It's like living my tree when." Then came the idea of slimming up. If the tree still have in common, why not test the careful pruning first. We have taken the top shot of the card in all the branches so that the tree still has a (nearly) natural shape. The barriers remain for the sun, but now it takes only part of the patio. If every year we cut nyvekst back to a minimum we may retain the "tree of life" for some years.
Usch, inte take the vid-back, Stackars son! the måste you for all time. But my intryck passionate too believe that it is Tatar if you chastise the little in ytterkanterna but skjuta again so that Thuja has jag inte nor seen. Little sun can väl sacrificed for the story as it was cleverly done, one vällyckad diet :) Reply Delete
So great that you've managed to drive a tree from the seed! How many years have you had the tree? I cypresses in Spain and they cut well back every year. There has never been a problem with nyvekst. Cypress is very popular down there as hedge planting since they are so easy to prune. They are denser and greener every time they've got a game with scissors. Hope your tree will tolerate it as well as they do in southerly latitudes:-D Have a nice properly høstuke! Reply Delete
The tree was planted in 1992. Soon 20 years mao. I imagine that as long as I stick to cut nyvekst should be fine. We cut the pine into dense hedges, the switch nor on old wood. Reply Delete
