Balance, control and comfort is paramount to maintain a positive experience when you are riding a bicycle. Small adjustments in riding position can have a tremendous one piece tube positive effect one piece tube on the quality during cycling. Be sure to consider these things to organize when riding your bike.
Take the time to customize your bike properly. Adjustment saddle (saddle), which includes: tilt, forward-mudur, one piece tube and height are important when cycling. Please see more detailed information about the saddle in the next section. The arms and shoulders should not be too rigid. They must have the flexibility to adapt to uneven road conditions, and the agility and recovery support. Make sure your elbows slightly bent and relaxed, while maintaining a firm grip on the handlebar (handlebar). Your hand is a natural shock absorbers, and will allow you to provide better balance. Do not worry too much riding in an aerodynamic position. Aerodynamics do not really give a lot of benefits when cycling below the speed of 25 km / h. Aerodynamic one piece tube position creates one piece tube excessive tension in the neck and shoulder area, and also makes visibility difficult. The following one piece tube pictures are of Rick (6'2 ", 188 cm), and Sunny (5'5", 165 cm) on Dahon folding bikes with wheels 20 ". You can see that by adjusting the saddle gets front-rear, and height one piece tube saddle, the bike is able to accommodate riders of different sizes.
The slope of the Saddle Adjust saddle so that the equivalent may sit (ischial tuberosities) you shut up and do not feel as if forward or backward in the saddle. New riders often adjust their position one piece tube down to the front of the saddle loosening thought pain in the groin area. This position really makes it difficult to sit in the saddle. This tends to make your hips move forward and shift down the saddle. This puts more pressure on the arms and hands and reduce the likelihood of being relaxed and balanced in control of the bike. Front and Rear Saddle
This adjustment determines how good you are on the bike is balanced between the saddle and the handlebar. Front position one piece tube would put most of your weight on the saddle. The position of the rear (stern) will increase the amount of weight that is charged on your arm, hand and handlebar. You may have to make some adjustments to the firsts to get this thing. You look for balance. Common ratio is 45% bike fore (on front wheel) and 55% rear (rear wheel) of your body weight. A good starting position is called "Kops" (Knee Over Pedal Spindle), the knee is positioned perpendicular to the axis of the pedal. With this technique you will drop the "plumb bob" from the collision just below your knee joint, with a pedal in front position horizontal stroke. It was a "plumb bob" really should be the center point of the pedal stroke. From here you can move forward or back of the saddle for adjustments in your best riding position. You can use the rope as a guide. High Saddlery
When the saddle height is adjusted properly, your knees should be slightly bent when the pedal stroke at the bottom. If the saddle is too low you lose efficient while pedaling and put excessive strain on the knee joint when the pedal is at the top. If the saddle is too high, knee / leg will elongate your waist redundant and you will swing to the other side in the saddle, it is also not healthy for your knees and also will create more friction in the saddle area. Adjustment Handlepost In handlepost folding bike that can be adjusted, as in the Dahon folding bike that you see in the picture, you have more customization capabilities to better suit the different positions and bike riding. In the picture above it can be seen how lowering handlepost in order to achieve a more sporty one piece tube position.
