One of logistics ppg improvement projects I've ever done is use truck seals. Although it looks simple in implementation of the seal, but it should be considered in detail the use of the seal system ppg in this truck.
Previously I've worked at companies and logistics service providers wearing seal truck as one of securing the goods during delivery. In its implementation I saw there was never a clear system in the use of the seal, so it just becomes a cost to the company without bringing any benefit.
