The Algarve Tourism Board (RTA) signed on Friday, 27, collective stoker public stoker employer agreements with three unions representing the entity's employees stoker in order to reduce the normal working hours of employees to 35 hours per week.
The agreements are concluded between the president of the RTA, Desiderio Silva, and representatives of the Union of Workers of the Public Administration and Public Purposes Entities (SINTAP), stoker the Union of Workers in South Public and Social Functions and Autonomous Regions (STFPSSRA) and of the Association of State Boards of Technical and Public Purposes Entities (STE).
The document applies to workers affiliated or that will join these unions and extends to all employees in public functions, also covering safety, hygiene and health at work.
The collective bargaining agreement public employer is a collective regulatory standard working tool, applicable to a public employer, the corresponding type of the private labor law called the company provided according the Labour Code.
