Audio Books Government established in 2011 to serve over 400 blind, the partially sighted and others who have difficulty reading print. The Talking Books in Wales also recorded English books about Wales and plans to expand the provision to include people recovering from the effects of stroke, and young people with dyslexia who struggle ifenc read.
